WORKER TRAINING RECORDS

Our Learning Management System (LMS) gives employers a simple, secure way to search and access worker training records in real time. Whether you’re onboarding new team members or confirming certifications on set, you’ll have all the information you need to support a safer, more efficient workplace.

New in LMS

Training Record Group Search

Take the hassle out of tracking crew training with our powerful new Training Record Group Search feature. Approved users can quickly look up training records for multiple industry professionals at once. This works regardless of how many unions or roles are involved. It’s a fast, streamlined way to verify the qualifications of an entire crew, helping you make informed decisions and keep your workplace running safely and efficiently.

For more advanced workflows, the enhanced Training Matrix Summary Report makes managing larger datasets effortless. Simply download the template and add your data. Then upload it back into the system, where it’s automatically parsed in seconds. The LMS then generates a list of matched users, while clearly flagging any unmatched entries in red for full transparency, all within the “Report Data Columns” section for easy review and action.

Matching Criteria

The matching functionality supports the following fields:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Employee ID
  • Username

If multiple users share the same information, all matching records will be included. For example, if “Joe Smith” is entered and three users in the system share that name, all three will appear in the results. Any records that do not match a user in the system will be clearly highlighted in red to indicate that no match was found.
