The Field Level Risk Assessment (FLRA) conducted physically in person gathers information from all relevant sources (e.g., environment) about the hazards of a worksite at a specific time to eliminate risks and control known or reasonably foreseeable hazards. Should something change from the last assessment (e.g., weather) another FLRA should be completed.
