Bullying and harassment in the workplace can take many forms, including verbal aggression, personal attacks, and other intimidating or humiliating behaviours. This WorkSafeBC’s short video explains bullying and harassment in the workplace and the legal duties in British Columbia for workers, employers, and supervisors. It’s a useful tool for health and safety training and explains what workplace bullying and harassment is and what it’s not.
