Trailer Stairs Safety
Access to and from hair and makeup trailers, AD Rooms, washrooms and dressing rooms generally require the use of temporary stairs attached to the exterior of the trailer. Improperly
attached stairs, improper footwear, slippery conditions, distractions and rushing can all lead to serious injuries such as slips trips and falls when climbing or descending these stairs.
MEWPS – Falling Object Hazard
It is common for workers using Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP) such as scissor lifts, aerial lifts or Genie’s to have a variety of tools and equipment such as steel or aluminium pipe and screwdrivers on the platform with them.
